We have found that Anglo Nubians provide quality milk that is as good as, or better than anything we could purchase. It is perfect for making cheese, ice cream, yoghurt, or simply drinking it 'as is'.
As an added bonus the meat is tender, lean and tasty.
Our herd is raised with minimal to no chemicals as the milk and meat are consumed by our family.
This is achieved by implementing a healthy diet in conjunction with carefully selected herbs, which in turn removes the need for chemical drenches.
